Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline to cancel an order is 15 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order and you will not incur any charge for such refund.

For products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The products were purchased within the last 15 days.

The products are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us provided the fault is the customer's own. If the fault is a manufacturer's fault, BRESCOTT will bear all costs of the process.  You must send the products to the following address:

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return received.
